OverviewPosition Summary:
Guest Experience Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to Snapdragon Stadium’s guests. This is a part-time, hourly position. This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.
About The VenueSnapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue that serves as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave FC (NWSL soccer), San Diego Legion (MLR rugby), San Diego Football Club (MLS Soccer), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events and private special events.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service for guests attending events at Snapdragon Stadium.
- Handle lost and found during events.
- Recognize potential hazards and observe appropriate precautions with guests.
- Scan and check for valid tickets at premium VIP entrances.
- Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests.
- Monitor all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Be familiar with Snapdragon Stadium to answer stadium questions and provide accurate directions.
- Project a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude during your shift.
- Direct guests to their ticketed seat or appropriate seating sections.
- Keep aisles and stairs clear of guests.
- Monitor seating area for guests who may not be in the correct area and verify tickets when needed.
- Provide location-specific directions for guests using elevators.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- A minimum education level of High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Must be comfortable standing or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service skills required, must display a positive and energetic attitude.
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as scheduled.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional image and demeanor.
