About the Position
, is seeking a Client Success Manager to join its dynamic and talented team at its San Diego office. recently launched Canvas® Score, a brand-new product that helps local businesses connect, grow, and manage their online reputation.
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of Canvas® Score. This is a unique opportunity to combine skills from marketing, product development, client success, and support into one role. You’ll communicate with clients and collaborate internally to grow the product, improve the customer experience, and bring new ideas to life.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of this role will evolve as Canvas® Score expands, but they will include (and not be limited to):
- Leading onboarding calls to guide new customers through setup and ensure a smooth launch.
- Providing customer support and serving as the first point of contact for product questions.
- Conducting product testing to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
- Gathering customer and internal feedback to recommend enhancements to the product team.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, development, support).
- Overseeing Sales support for Canvas® Score this includes but not limited to, creating content for collateral, case studies, video content, FAQ documentation, etc.
- Maintaining and building out the Canvas® Score support center / online knowledgebase.
- Bachelor's degree (in communications, marketing, information technology or a related field) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to discuss campaign ideas with internal and external clients.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, affiliate marketing, or client onboarding preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or project management platforms is a plus.
- $25+/hour + various bonuses
