In Store Customer Service Representative for Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. (La Jolla Shores)
San Diego Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. is hiring for both full and part time Customer Service Representative positions. Do you want to work in a fast-paced, energetic, and flexible environment? We d love to have you join our team!
Full-time or part-time candidates are encouraged to apply! We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school schedules!
Responsibilities- Perform day-to-day customer service tasks
- Greet customers
- Check-in reservations
- Operate POS system
- Provide information to customers in an educated and polite manner to close calls
- Retail sales
- Upon hire, be trained on our Point of Sale system and reservation system (including phone sales/protocol)
- Energetic, talkative, outgoing, patient, polite, well-spoken
- Responsible, educated/intelligent
- Qualifying work experience, leader, quick-learner
- Problem solving skills, detail-oriented
