In Store Customer Service Representative for Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. (La Jolla Shores)

San Diego Bike & Kayak Tours, Inc. is hiring for both full and part‑time Customer Service Representative positions. We offer a fast‑paced, energetic, flexible environment and flexible scheduling to accommodate school schedules.

Ideal Candidate- Energetic, talkative, outgoing
- Patient, polite, well‑spoken
- Responsible, educated/intelligent
- Qualifying work experience
- Leader, quick learner, problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented
- Perform day‑to‑day customer service tasks
- Happily meet & greet customers
- Check‑in reservations
- Operate POS system
- Provide information to customers in an educated and polite manner to close calls and retail sales
- Upon hire, be trained on our Point of Sale system and reservation system (including phone sales/protocol)
