Client Support Specialist
Job Summary
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-class customer service to our clients via phone, email and other channels. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues while delivering excellent service in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our clients' needs are met.
Client Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide feedback to management on customer service trends
- Assist with sales inquiries and order processing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM software
