This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing professional and courteous service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, managing customer accounts, documenting interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and resolving client issues in real-time
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer relationship management tools
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
