YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Member Services Representative to build positive relationships with members, participants and staff. You will drive membership and program engagement, answer calls, and process memberships at the Ryan Family YMCA - Point Loma location.
You will greet and interview prospective members, explain YMCA benefits, and guide individuals to appropriate programs based on interests and goals. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required.
