La Jolla Playhouse is seeking a Lead Patron Services Representative to be the welcoming face and voice for ticketing at UC San Diego Campus. You will oversee daily box office operations, train staff, and develop expertise in Tessitura while supporting box office daily operations.
You will manage ticket sales, subscriptions, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and customer care, and you will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
