Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Dispatcher to join our team! As the central point of communication between our field technicians, office staff, and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team.

• Manage and maintain daily service schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Dispatch technicians as service calls are completed, ensuring efficient job routing.
• Schedule return visits with customers when parts arrive, aiming for same-day call completion whenever possible.
• Keep customers updated on scheduling changes, estimated arrival times, and service expectations.
• Maintain an accurate customer database with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate on-call schedules for service technicians.
• Communicate maintenance agreement details to both customers and technicians.
• Assist in balancing technician workloads and optimizing service efficiency.
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset, keeping managers informed of any operational inefficiencies.

• 2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.

Pay Range: $22 — $27 USD
