Customer Data Quality Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Data Quality Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $22.76/hr (W2)
• 3-month assignment with potential for extensions based on performance and business need
• Part-time, 30 hours/week Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime supporting 1-2 weekends per month
• Support customer setup and data management by establishing customer roles in internal systems and verifying customer information
• Contact customers to request additional information, confirm data accuracy, and provide updates on request status
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer setup and data-related issues using established processes and guidelines
• Monitor 5-10 requests simultaneously while managing additional projects and priorities
• Complete requests within established timelines while maintaining accurate, valid, and complete data
• Create and update SOPs and core master data procedures as directed, working in 1-2 weeks sprints and adapting to changing priorities.

• 2.5+ years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or a similar operational support role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with data validation, accuracy checks, troubleshooting, and maintaining data quality
• Strong customer service skills, including responsive communication, follow-up, and issue resolution
• Experience monitoring orders, requests, or workflows while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in logistics, customer support, or IT is preferred
