Veta Virtual is hiring a Luxury Client Advocate for one of our clients in the Luxury Jewelry industry. This is a relationship-first, discretion-driven role — not a direct sales role, but definitely supporting the sales team. You'll be the client's advocate throughout their journey. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of UHNW clients — ensuring every need is met with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care.
• Advocating for the client throughout their journey with the sales team — anticipating needs, coordinating next steps, and keeping every touchpoint seamless without handling the sale directly.
• Managing client interactions and data accuracy in Hub Spot and Podium — ensuring timely, thoughtful follow-ups and a complete client history.
• Representing the unified assistant identity ("Quinn") across all client communications — delivering one consistent, elevated experience regardless of who is behind the message.
• Coordinating internally with the broader team via Slack and G Suite to ensure efficient, consistent service across every client interaction.
• Supporting onboarding and operational workflows using tools like Zendesk to keep the client experience smooth behind the scenes.
• Proactively resolving client questions and concerns with resourcefulness and discretion — often before the client even has to ask.

• 2+ years of client-facing experience — customer support, client relations, or client advocacy background. Direct experience in luxury retail or a luxury service industry is a strong plus.
• Comfortable and confident engaging with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients — you understand the pace, discretion, and expectations required to serve this clientele well.
• Experience with CRM and client management tools such as Hub Spot, Podium, or Zendesk — willingness to learn new systems required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — you build trust quickly with discerning, detail-oriented clients.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset — able to manage high-priority relationships and tasks with precision.
• Resourceful and intuitive — you identify and resolve issues promptly, often anticipating them before the client raises a concern.
• Bonus: prior experience specifically in luxury jewelry or another high-end consumer sector.
• To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

• Competitive salary in USD per month, depending on experience.
• Fully remote — 8-hours-of-work shift based on US Mountain Time.
