Seasonal Parking Ambassador

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable
* Customer Service / Seasonal Ambassador
* to support guests at the One Paseo Retail Center in Carmel Valley.

This role combines customer engagement with light enforcement and general assistance throughout the property.

During the holiday season, the ambassador will be stationed at a branded stand (located near
* Sephora / Caminito Court*) providing a welcoming presence for shoppers.

* Temporary Seasonal Role (through
* January*) (2 positions):
* 1 Full Time Mon through Sunday (Negotiable) 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and
** 1 Part Time Mon through Sunday (Negotiable) 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
* Must be available on weekends.
* Compensation:*$19.50 - $20 per hour depending on experience and schedule flexibility. Hours will be accurately reported by utilizing the time-tracking system. Payroll is bi-weekly.
* Responsibilities:
** Provide friendly and professional customer assistance.
* Hand out
* maps*, and offer directions to stores or amenities.
* Help
* deter shoplifting
* through visibility and situational awareness.
* Enforce
* parking rules and regulations
* as directed using a company mobile device for citations.
* Assist customers at parking kiosks or with
* Premium Parking
* registration as needed.
* Report parking equipment or safety issues to management promptly.
* Perform light cleaning or organizational duties as directed.
* Collaborate with the onsite Project Manager to support smooth daily operations.
* Be flexible, proactive, and ready to assist wherever needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.
