Job
Duties Include:
Perform day-to-day customer service tasks, happily meet & greet customers, check-in reservations, operate POS system, provide information to customers in an educated and polite manner to close calls, and retail sales. Upon hire, customer service representatives will be trained on our Point of Sale system and reservation system (including phone sales/protocol).
