Customer Service Representative

Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Spanish and English

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, account updates, or service issues

+ Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when needed

+ Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in internal systems

+ Maintain call quality standards, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction expectations

+ Assist customers with account changes, order status, service scheduling, or general support needs

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up

+ Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to support process improvements

Requirements

+ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required, both verbal and written

+ 1+ years of call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred

+ Strong phone communication and active listening skills

+ Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

+ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and data entry skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systems preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent required
