Call Center Representative
Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour
Position SummaryWe are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls for follow-up, scheduling, customer service, and account updates
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Process orders, requests, and account changes
- Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
- Follow established procedures and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed
- 1+ years of call center, customer service, or high-volume phone experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
