Healthcare Call Center Support - 2nd shift (T1473449-PHI) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Location:
Remote
Shift: 2pm-10pm EST
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Pay Rate: 17/hr W2
We are seeking customer-focused and professional Epic Go-Live Support Representatives to provide frontline support during a healthcare system implementation. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users, assisting with issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the appropriate support teams while ensuring a positive support experience.
Required- Previous call center, help desk, customer support, or service desk experience.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technology support processes.
- Ability to learn and support Epic-related workflows during a Go-Live event.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, professional, and patient customer service approach.
