Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, and a commitment to delivering excellent service while resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume call center setting.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, accounts, or general support needs.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Maintain service quality standards, response times, and call handling expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support timely issue resolution.
- Assist with additional customer support and administrative tasks as assigned.
