• Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
• Present financial options and help patients maximize insurance benefits
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain seamless communication between the clinical and front office teams
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families
• Contribute to a warm, supportive, and high-energy team environment

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in dental administration or treatment coordination (required)
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance, and procedure coding
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills empathetic, organized, and approachable
