We are seeking an experienced, driven professional who understands both case acceptance and revenue cycle management

If you love presenting treatment plans, maximizing production, and ensuring insurance claims actually get paid — this is a leadership-level front office role.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys both patient communication and behind-the-scenes financial strategy.

Treatment Coordination

• Presenting treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Reviewing insurance estimates and financial options
• Driving case acceptance
• Following up on unscheduled treatment
• Coordinating scheduling strategically to support production goals

Dental Billing & AR Management

• Insurance claim submission and follow-up
• AR management and aging report review
• Insurance breakdown verification
• Identifying patterns and improving reimbursement flow
• Working closely with leadership to optimize collections

You are not just scheduling appointments.
You are directly impacting production and cash flow.

• Minimum 2 years Treatment Coordination experience
• Minimum 2 years Dental Billing experience
• Strong working knowledge of Open Dental
• Confident discussing larger treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Strong understanding of AR management
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a solutions mindset

• Two late afternoons per week (up to 6:30 PM)
• Full-time preferred

• $30-$35/hour
