Architectural Designer

We are training the next generation of architects in both timeless and fundamentally new ways, and in this role you will research planning, zoning, code, and feasibility drivers;

develop early-stage concepts through rapid 3D and AI-assisted workflows; produce and coordinate drawing sets across all phases; build clear, narrative-driven presentations for clients and community partners; and support work on both private development projects and Rhamnus-led community initiatives.

• 5+ years professional experience in architecture.
• Strong Revit proficiency; comfort working in advanced 3D and AI tools.
• A learn-by-doing mindset and comfort using AI tools as part of everyday workflow.
• Familiarity with multifamily design and construction processes.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in small collaborative teams.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to improving housing outcomes.
