BIM Specialist I/II Overview

AEI is seeking a BIM Specialist I/II to support our clients in achieving energy‑efficient building solutions, and to provide training, user support, troubleshooting, content creation, and integration of BIM services.

Provide ongoing training, user support, troubleshooting, content creation and development, and project integration of BIM services.

• Associates degree in a related field (e.g., CAD drafting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design) or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of design experience in the professional services industry, preferably with an A/E/C firm.
• Proficiency in using and supporting the current versions of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Newforma, and the Revit App Store.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in creating Revit content, setting up models for production, and optimizing Revit workflows.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000
