Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego, specializing in residential remodels and new home construction, is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our growing team of professionals. This is a full-time, office-based position. No telecommuting. No consulting. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in our San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

• Project management, administrative tasks, redlines, field measurements, as-built drawings, scanning and filing, and field verifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design or related field.
• Working knowledge of basic design principles, materials, construction techniques and building codes.
• Construction background preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, based on experience.
