About the Role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across our organization.
The Design Coordinator will serve as a key connection point betweendesigners, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants,vendors, and other project partners. This role is responsible for keeping design information organized, coordinating deliverables,tracking revisions, and helping ensure that projects move efficientlyfrom concept through execution.

- Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
- Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
- Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials.
- Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents.
- Help ensure that design information is complete, accurate, and available to the appropriate teams.
- Work closely with project managers and design leads to support project schedules and deliverables.
- Track project milestones and identify potential delays or outstanding items.
- Coordinate meetings, design reviews, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action-item lists, and project updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned design-related tasks are completed on schedule.
- Review design documentation for completeness, consistency, and coordination.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting requirements and elevate them appropriately.
- Coordinate comments and revisions between internal teams and external consultants.
- Maintain revision histories and approval records.
- Assist with preparing design packages and presentation materials.
- Serve as a central point of communication for design-related information.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other external partners as required.
- Communicate project requirements, deadlines, and outstanding items clearly.
- Help resolve coordination issues and ensure decisions are properly documented.
- Support the procurement and delivery of design-related materials when required.

Youdon't need to be the person creating every design. You need to be theperson who makes sure the right people have the right information at theright time.
Required Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and document-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, or other technical/design documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Design, or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, or comparable design/documentation software
. - Experience working with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, or design vendors.
- Familiarity with project-management and document-control systems.
- Experience coordinating design revisions, approvals, or submittals.
- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, technology, facilities, or construction environments.
During the initial 12-month engagement, success will be demonstrated by your ability to:
- Keep design documentation organized and current.
- Improve coordination between design and project teams.
- Keep design deliverables and approvals moving according to schedule.
- Reduce avoidable communication and documentation errors.
- Identify coordination issues early and ensure they are addressed.
- Maintain accurate project records and revision histories.
- Provide reliable support to project and design leadership.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external project partners.
- $80,000–$100,000 annualized salary
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
