This role is for a passionate design leader to innovate and evolve top-of-funnel user experiences, focusing on creating engaging landing pages and appointment workflows. You will translate strategic goals into visually appealing and user-friendly designs, driving both emotional resonance and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will champion customer-centric design and collaborate effectively to bring impactful products to life.

• Craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing landing page designs.
• Develop streamlined appointment booking flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product strategies.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

• Proven experience in product and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work with and contribute to design systems.

Experience designing for tax, fintech, or other compliance-heavy industries is preferred.
