• Own full‑cycle locum recruiting: source, screen, negotiate, and place physicians across specialties.
• Manage credentialing and onboarding touchpoints to ensure smooth placements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians and client contacts.
• Proactively grow a pipeline through targeted sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Negotiate rates, schedules, and contract terms with both clinicians and clients.

• Minimum 2 years of locum tenens–specific staffing experience. Only candidates with locum experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated track record of physician placements in locum roles.
• Strong sourcing skills (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport quickly.
