Outpatient Pediatrics Physician - Full-Time Physician Opening
San Diego, California - Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group

• 100% Outpatient Practice
• Shared call across a large provider pool
• 4.5-day work week averaging 22 patients/day
• New-born rounding at 1 hospital:
  Sharp Mary Birch
• Rounding 1 week at a time every 10 weeks
• Level III NICU
• Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
• Not required to attend deliveries; no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns
• SIGN ON BONUS/FULL BENEFITS including paid vacation, CME and sick time off
• Starting base salary $ with high long-term earning potential; salary does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives; compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans
