Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up on acute and chronic conditions across all ages.
- Deliver preventive services such as exams, immunizations, and health education.
- Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists and support staff.
- Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and document accurately in EMR.
- Supervise clinical staff, participate in quality initiatives, and adhere to organizational policies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting compliance and cultural competence.
MD/DO with residency, board certification or eligibility, active license, and experience in primary or underserved care preferred.
