Seeking a contract Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist for 16-24 hours/week onsite in Riverside, CA, to provide evaluations, medication management, and treatment for youth in a behavioral health program.
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, offering follow-up and education.
- Collaborate with therapists, families, and treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Provide coverage for colleagues as needed and demonstrate clinical leadership.
Requirements include a valid CA medical license, board certification or eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, DEA license, and experience with diverse youth populations. Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation ranges from $210-$230/hour with flexible scheduling.
