Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Pediatrician or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Riverwalk office in Bakersfield, CA.
Key Points- Join a well‑established, supportive practice with a motivated team of clinicians and staff.
- Schedule:
Weekdays 8-5, with optional Saturdays or extended hours on weekdays. - Benefits include immediate coverage, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance, and a sign‑on bonus.
- Physicians perform newborn rounding; benefits start on day one.
- Qualifications:
MD or DO with pediatric residency, valid CA license, and BC in Pediatrics. NP/PA must have 2+ years pediatric experience, CA license, BLS, and certification.
Compensation ranges from $290,000–$298,000 for physicians and $130,000–$133,900 for NP/PA, plus comprehensive benefits and incentives.
