We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to work on-site in a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your private practice.
Responsibilities- Managing medically complex cases
- Facilitating return to work
- Providing surgical or non-surgical orthopedic care
- Collaboration with medical and therapy teams
- Active case management
- Experience with work-related injuries
- Licensure
- MD or DO degree
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Malpractice insurance coverage required
