Estimated total compensation: $205K- $250K/yr. (Compensation varies by department/division and is discussed during recruitment.)  Position Highlights  Join a well-established division of 3 other Rheumatologists 4.5 day work week (34 patient contact hours/week) Average full day clinic- approximately 16-19 patients (mix of follow-ups and new consults) In office procedures include joint injections Infusion centers located at Sharp acute care hospitals Consultative privileges at Sharp Memorial Hospital Full support staff with dedicated MA/LVN or RN, exam rooms and office space Board Certification required within 2 years of employment EPIC EMR utilized system-wide   Benefits:  Paid vacation, paid sick leave and paid CME time off Money Purchase & Profit-Sharing Plans + 401(k) Sign-on bonus + full comprehensive benefits package Paid malpractice Annual CME stipend Two-year shareholder track PSLF eligibility    Why San Diego?
