This is a full-time, temporary, benefit-based position with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2029. The appointment is renewable at the discretion of the University and dependent upon performance and continued funding.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with HRSA monitoring and reporting:

  • Assist with data collection, entry, management and analyses for all project initiatives.
  • Assist with HRSA required reports and research evaluation efforts.
  • Attend monthly meetings with HRSA Project.
  • Support any new grant applications.

Assist with HRSA Project TeamUP student stipend allocation:

  • Assist with informational sessions for interested CMFT/HSON students.
  • Coordinate with CMFT and HSON staff to circulate application information to eligible students.
  • Manage the application portal and prepare applications for grant leadership to review.
  • Schedule and attend group interviews.
  • Communicate decisions to students.
  • Process student payment information and prepare quarterly stipend allocation payment requests.
  • Communicate with grants accounting and payroll, as needed.

Assist with student professional development funding allocation:

  • Develop and manage all application processes for identified professional development opportunities (e.g., conferences, off-campus training).
  • Coordinate with CMFT and HSON staff to circulate announcements to students.
  • Prepare applications for project leadership review.
  • Communicate decisions to students.
  • Assist students with travel arrangements and reimbursement requests.
  • Provide professional support to current students.
  • Communicate with grants accounting and payroll, as needed.

Assist with student service-learning activities:

  • Solicit student interests and preferences.
  • Coordinate and communicate student assignments.
  • Collaborate with community partners to maintain mutually beneficial, ongoing relationships.
  • Host and facilitate event run‑throughs, providing structured feedback on student content and delivery.
  • Support and attend student‑led workshops.

Coordinate Continuing Education Events:

  • Coordinate with event presenters to develop learning objectives.
  • Prepare announcements, registration materials, course evaluation forms, and CE certificates according to CPA and NBCC requirements.
  • Develop and monitor the registration process and track requests for CE credits.
  • Enter and score evaluation data, prepare evaluation and attendance reports, and submit them to CPA/NBCC within the required deadline.
  • Monitor renewal cycle for CE approval.
