Job DescriptionWe are seeking a collaborative and student-centered leader to serve as Middle School Principal for the 2026–2027 school year
. Under the direction of the Superintendent or designee, the Principal provides overall leadership for instructional programs, student support services, and daily school operations. Responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture; promoting academic excellence and student well-being; supervising and evaluating staff; overseeing attendance, scheduling, discipline, and student activities; supporting high-quality teaching and learning; and ensuring school safety and effective communication with families and the school community.

Effective January 1, 2025, and in accordance with California Education Code Section 44939.5, all applicants for certificated positions must disclose a complete list of all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) where they have been previously employed, including full-time, part-time, or substitute roles. LEAs include school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and state special schools. Failure to provide this information may be considered an act of dishonesty and could affect hiring decisions.

Requirements / Qualifications- Evidence of successful secondary teaching and administrative experience.
- An advanced degree with emphasis in administration, supervision, and curriculum development.
- Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential

$157,342 to $179,791 (To start yearly based on full-time assignment. Part-time assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Credit for previous management experience will be given consideration toward initial placement on the management salary schedule.
