• Support the Camp Director in daily camp operations, scheduling, and logistics
• Assist with camper check-in, dismissal, attendance tracking, and group transitions
• Communicate daily updates and needs to counselors, Teaching Fellows, and other staff
• Help organize materials, supplies, and activity spaces for STEAM rotations and camp events
• Serve as a point of contact for minor camper or staff needs, questions, or concerns
• Ensure camp spaces are safe, clean, and organized throughout the day
• Assist in supervising campers during transitions, lunch, and special activities
• Lead or support activities, games, and events as needed
• Maintain positive communication with families when appropriate
• Attend staff training and meetings, and support a positive, team-oriented camp culture

Required Documents & Pre-Employment Requirements:

Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, and two professional references from current or former supervisors. Candidates must also provide official transcripts, a current negative TB test result or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, complete required training, and successfully complete Livescan fingerprinting. Employment is contingent upon obtaining fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
