Our agency is partnering with one of San Diego’s leading after school program providers, to staff multiple school sites across the county. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and student-focused individuals to join their teams as Youth Leaders (IAs) and Inclusion Aides (BTs).

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education, youth development, or behavioral support — and looking to make an immediate impact.

• Lead group activities, support homework time, and create a positive, engaging environment for students.
• High-volume need

• Provide individualized support to students with behavioral or developmental needs.
• Work closely with site supervisors and program leads to ensure inclusive participation.

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

48 College Units Completed

(Required for all after school program staff)

In-Person BLS Certification

(Must be current or obtained prior to start)

• Experience working with children (school, camp, tutoring, childcare, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting youth

• Monday–Friday, after school hours (typically 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
• Flexible scheduling available depending on site needs
