Position DescriptionThe Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. We periodically open for temporary non‑senate faculty (Unit 18 Lecturers) to support the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program and the Innovation, Technology, and Operations research area. Ideal candidates will contribute to the development and delivery of high‑quality education for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Appointees must comply with school and university instructions, deadlines, and policies regarding course scheduling. Flexibility is required to accommodate limited classroom availability during standard business hours. Classes may be in person, online, or mixed. Appointments may be part‑ or full‑time, for 1, 2, or 3 classes per quarter and 1, 2, or 3 quarters in duration in an academic year.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field such as Statistics.
- At least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline.
- Graduate degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field such as Statistics.
- Subject‑matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years.
- Teaching experience of 3+ years.
