College Bound Coordinator

You know what it takes to keep going when the path isn’t clear.

Education is a long road, and our young adults need someone in their corner the whole way. As College Bound Coordinator, you’ll provide 1:1 support to students navigating community college, four-year programs, and graduate school — helping them set goals, navigate barriers, and access the resources and relationships they need to finish what they started.

• Provide 1:1 support to students at every stage of their education
• Help participants set goals and overcome academic and life barriers
• Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication
• Plan and facilitate workshops, events, and engagement opportunities
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years experience supporting underserved students
• Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and organized planner

• Lived foster care experience
• First-generation college graduate
• Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required

Full-time, hourly/non-exempt. Pay range: $23–$28/hour. San Diego, CA.
