The Rady research areas of Marketing, Economics and Strategy, Management, and Innovation, Technology, and Operations are seeking candidates who will support and enhance our teaching mission. Ideal candidates will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality education.

Appointees must comply with School and University instructions, deadlines, and policies regarding course scheduling, and are expected to be flexible with regards to the scheduling of their classes to accommodate the limited space availability for classrooms during standard business hours. Classes may be in person, online, or mixed. Appointments may be part- or full-time, for 1, 2, or 3 classes per quarter and 1, 2, or 3 quarters in duration in an academic year.

QualificationsBasic qualifications (required at time of application)
Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Economics, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related field, such as Statistics.
Qualified candidates will have at least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline.
Preferred qualifications
Graduate degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related fields such as Statistics.
Subject matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years.
Teaching experience of 3+ years.

Statement of Teaching - A Teaching Statement is a purposeful and reflective essay about the author's teaching beliefs and practices.
