Position OverviewAs a Student Success Coordinator
, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful face of the Triple V Fellowship. You will manage all people-facing aspects of the program — from conducting scholarship interviews to supporting students with career prep — ensuring every participant has the tools, confidence, and connections they need to succeed. This is a role for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused, community-oriented environment, and who can balance warmth with organization and follow-through.
- Participate in scholarship interviews and manage the selection process.
- Offer one-on-one student support with resumes, internships, and scholarships.
- Build relationships with parents, partner schools, and nonprofit organizations.
- Represent Triple V at community events, school visits, and partner meetings.
- Manage program data, maintain student records, and conduct database research.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with educational and nonprofit organizations.
- Collaborate with staff to improve program delivery and student experience.
- Outgoing, approachable, and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in education, communications, public administration, or nonprofits.
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (school counseling, student services, admissions, etc., a plus).
- Comfortable managing records and databases with strong attention to detail.
- Able to represent Triple V professionally in public and community settings.
- Passionate about student success and educational equity.
- Compensation based on experience level — $24-$27/hr
- Top-tier Health, Dental, and Vision (99% paid by Triple V)
- 80 hours/year vacation (prorated 1st year)
- 40 hours/year for sick leave (prorated 1st year)
- Classification:
Nonexempt - Floating holiday
