MEAT Cutting-Ce​/Voc: Adjunct ​/ Substitute Instructor POOL (Non-Credit

Position

Adjunct / Substitute Instructor – MEAT CUTTING (CE/VOC) – non‑credit courses. The instruction role is part‑time, with assignments that may include day, evening, weekend, and/or off‑campus classes. Instructors assist adult students in achieving educational goals across the district.

• Develop and deliver instruction in accordance with established curriculum and course outlines.
• Maintain appropriate standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Stay current in subject matter knowledge.
• Provide instruction outside of class to support student learning.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
• Create a learning environment that encourages discussion and critical thinking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions)

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught.
• Associate degree + 6 years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught.
• Equivalent qualifications meeting the above criteria.
