YMCA is seeking a Teen Program Leader in San Diego to help ensure the safety of teen participants and sponsor events. You will assist in daily activities, coach teens, and contribute to planning and implementing high-quality YMCA programs.
The role requires minimum 1 year of youth experience, completion of required trainings, and the ability to lead activities from crafts to homework help. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–7pm, with potential evenings and weekends for events.
