Arc Experience is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator, supervise students, and coordinate enrichment activities at after-school programs across Southern California.
Requires at least 2 years in after-school/youth programs and strong communication with kids and parents; 48+ college credits or proficiency exam. Bilingual English-Spanish a plus. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with morning or afternoon shifts and a reliable commute.
