Job Summary

Adjunct faculty to teach in the Traditional Undergraduate, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership programs in the Fermanian School of Business.

Job Status:
Part‑time.

Salary:
Adjunct faculty are paid $2,283 per unit. Total compensation varies based on the number of units assigned for each course.

• Teach undergraduate or graduate courses.
• Invest in students.
• Participate in institutional activities as appropriate.
• Involve students in research or professional experience as appropriate.
• Teach one or more classes in the following areas:

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in a specified discipline from an accredited college.
• Experience:
  
  Commitment to teaching excellence required; minimum five years related work experience; one year of higher education teaching preferred.
• Philosophical:
  Thorough commitment to Christian liberal arts education and support of the religious and educational goals of the university.
• Personal:
  Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement; agreement to live in accordance with PLNU’s Community Life Covenant.
• Other:
  Ability to learn PLNU’s online course management system; ability to interact professionally with students, educators, and the public.
• Background Check:
