Pay Information:
Salary will be based on confirmed academic credentials and submitted transcripts. Confirmation of salary placement occurs after official transcripts and verifications of previous work experience are received.

Major Responsibilities- Provide instruction in accordance with the established curriculum and course outlines in lecture and lab settings as determined by the department.
- Be available to students outside of class for academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grading, and other required documentation.
- Maintain current knowledge of subject matter and professional conduct standards.
- Create an environment that encourages discussion of ideas, interests, and issues.
- Teach all scheduled classes.
- Degrees from regionally accredited institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree AND two (2) years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught; OR
- Associate degree AND six (6) years of occupational experience related to the subject of the course taught; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the department.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse academic, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds of continuing education students.
- Foreign degrees evaluated by a professional association that is a member of NACES or ACEI.
- Full‑time, clear California Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential authorizing instruction in Computer Applications.
- Equivalency documentation for degrees not yet conferred.
- Submit official college transcripts.
- Provide Certificate of Tuberculosis Exam (renewed every 4 years).
- Undergo fingerprinting via Live Scan and obtain clearance prior to first day of employment.
- Present original documents proving eligibility to work in the United States.
