C) annually    Doctoral Bonus:
An employee with an earned doctorate from an accredited collegiate institution will receive a $2,000 annual doctoral stipend. Any additional earned doctorate will not be eligible for additional amounts.

** Under the direction of the Vice President of Student Services, the Dean of Student Affairs provides leadership, strategic direction, and budget management in the following areas:
Gizmo’s Kitchen, Associated Students of Grossmont College, Commencement, Inter Club Council, Student Health and Wellness and Student Conduct.

The Dean of Student Affairs serves as a manager for both classified professionals and faculty, leads the College's Prevent, Assess and Care Team (PACT), and coordinates with a variety of other college and district offices in support of the College's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

** Under the direction of the assigned manager, plan, organize, and direct the operations of a major instructional or student services division; supervise and evaluate the performance of certificated and classified personnel.
