About this position

See Scan is seeking a PCB Designer with strong Altium expertise to join our Electrical Engineering team.

Compensation

The salary range for our PCB Designer position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

This range represents a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.

In this position, you will

• Convert electrical schematics into optimized PCB layouts using Altium Designer
• Design and implement low-noise, high-density circuit boards for complex systems
• Collaborate on multi-board system designs, ensuring signal integrity and mechanical fit
• Apply best practices for HDI (High-Density Interconnect) and ELIC (Every Layer Interconnect) technologies
• Work cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in PCB layout, with a strong focus on Altium Designer
• Proven track record designing low-noise, high-density PCBs
• Experience with HDI and ELIC technologies
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-board environments

• Effective and efficient troubleshooter
• Flexible and able to work with shifting priorities and moving targets
