Summary:

** The Performance Engineering Intern will be supporting the day-to-day tasks of the Performance Team and consolidate critical site information in Performance Team’s database    Summer 2026 Internship. This role is based full-time in one of our offices (San Diego, CA or Bend, OR). Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

*** Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of Performance Engineering team.
* Review and update critical site information within Performance Team’s database regarding O&M projects.
* Review electrical drawings and other key documentation packages.
* Review PPA’s for ascertaining critical requirements of sites.
* Analyze and compare predicted forecast power vs. actual generation.
* Help facilitate the onboarding of O&M projects from EPC turnover.
* Help setup and standardize templates for EPC commissioning.
* Attend and document project meetings.
* Completing other responsibilities as assigned.
** Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Work within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate
* Strong ability to multi-task
