Test and Evaluation; T&E Lead

Position Description

Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead, salary at or above industry standard. JTT offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) corporate match, bi-weekly pay, and a generous PTO policy accrued with payroll.

The T&E Lead will coordinate the test for both developmental and operational systems across several integrating programs. Their background in Test
and Evaluation and knowledge of cybersecurity within the Navy will allow them to maintain and communicate a test strategy, including both developmental and operational tests across a multi-phased development and fielding cycle. They will lead test efforts across the programs to develop test schedules, assist in test case and procedure development and execution of the tests with test leads from other programs.

They will work closely with lead engineers from the integrating teams to understand Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), map tests to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and validate requirements have been met.

Yes (Secret minimum, TS or TS/SCI preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree and 9 years of relevant experience. Degree is from an accredited institution in: information systems, computer science, math, or engineering.

IAT Level II. Prefer DAWIA T&E, PM, IT qualifications

Veteran status is a plus.
