A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Solar Technical Lead to ensure the technical performance and reliability of distributed energy assets. This hybrid position requires extensive hands-on experience with solar PV systems and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors. Key responsibilities include performance analysis, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred along with 7+ years in renewable energy.

This role offers a base pay range of $128,610 - $157,190 annually with additional benefits.
