Senior Test Technician

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST

Work Days: Monday–Friday

: 30.38–37.97/hour

We are seeking a Test Engineer / Test Technician to support execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex test methodologies and equipment. This role involves hands‑on testing, calibration, debugging, and collaboration across teams to ensure accurate test execution and timely issue resolution. The position is fully onsite and supports second‑shift operations.

• Experience executing test methodologies across various technologies
• Ability to follow established procedures and adapt or help define procedures as needed
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including identifying root causes and recommending solutions
• Hands‑on experience setting up, maintaining, repairing, and supporting specialized test equipment
• Execute test plans and support continuous improvement efforts; provide feedback on test outcomes, modifications, and issues
• Select, set up, configure, and operate specialized test equipment, including loading and running complex programs or builds
• Perform complex calibration, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment according to defined standards and procedures
• Identify equipment‑related issues and perform complex repairs as required
• Execute and manage test methodologies across multiple technologies, adapting procedures to meet unique testing requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot complex test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to determine failure points and recommend mitigation strategies
• Document test execution, results, and findings clearly and accurately
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure testing aligns with broader project requirements
• Communicate status, risks, and potential obstacles to stakeholders and propose remediation plans
• Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables for small to mid‑sized projects with minimal supervision
• Re‑scope work, identify required resources, delegate tasks, and review work outputs as project needs evolve

• Provides guidance and informal oversight to other team members (no direct reports)
• Makes moderately complex decisions; errors typically have limited financial or project impact and are correctable
• Requires clear verbal and written communication skills to explain moderately complex concepts
• Tasks involve multiple steps requiring planning, prioritization, and adaptability
• Creativity and problem‑solving skills are required within established guidelines
• Applies deductive and inductive reasoning to resolve issues where information may be incomplete

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1+ year of semiconductor, RF testing, or related work experience
